We are Davis and Rachel Bailey, founders and owners of Top Gun REI. We are based in North Georgia, but are involved in real estate all over the state and surrounding areas. In addition to real estate investing, we are passionate about our faith, family, relationships and enjoying life to it's fullest! We believe in making every interaction one with intentionality, and treating others the way we would like to be treated. We would love the opportunity to get to know you and serve you in purchasing your home!
Our Story
We met at work many moons ago at JFBC recreation department. We married in 2013 and welcomed the joy of our lives, Rhett, into the world in 2020. Rachel has been a leader in the customer experience/service role at a chophouse and other local fine dining. She also enjoys been apart her local community and serving at her church. Davis has always been around construction and home building prior to jumping into real estate investing. Since he was able to drive Davis was working on job sites for his uncle. Since then, he has been running a local handyman and painting business. Following a stint in acquisitions and project management for a local REI firm, we decided to branch out on our own which brings us to where we are today! We are Top Gun REI and our hearts passion is to help people. We believe that we are purposed not only to help provide a solution for homeowners in an unfortunate/undesirable situation, but also to help our community and those in need, as we are blessed.
